Welcome to eParth Youth Private Limited . By accessing or using our website at www.eparthyouth.com, our mobile applications, or any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and eParth Youth Private Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013, with its registered office in India. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Platform.

eParth Youth provides a multi-service digital platform that includes:

• AI Education & Courses: Live and on-demand courses powered by AI, including programming, machine learning, and other skill-building programs.
• Gurukulai Agent: An AI-powered personal learning assistant available 24/7 for guidance, quizzes, and accelerated learning.
• Digital Mall: A curated e-commerce marketplace featuring sustainable, eco-friendly, and locally sourced products.
• Health Zone: Science-backed nutrition and wellness products.
• VR Learning & Robotics: Immersive educational experiences (coming soon).

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time, with or without notice.

User Accounts

To access certain features of the Platform, you must register and create an account. When creating your account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information.
• Keep your password confidential and not share it with third parties.
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
• Notify us immediately at support@eparthyouth.com of any unauthorized use of your account.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal conduct.

Intellectual Property Rights

All content on our Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio/video clips, course materials, software, and the compilation thereof — is the exclusive property of eParth Youth Private Limited or its content suppliers and is protected under applicable Indian and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You must not:

• Reproduce, duplicate, copy, or resell any part of our Platform or content.
• Download or extract course content for redistribution or commercial use.
• Use any automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access or collect data from the Platform.
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices.

Prohibited Conduct

While using our Platform, you agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights.
• Post or transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, defamatory, obscene, or offensive.
• Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely represent your affiliation with any person or entity.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Platform or its servers.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Platform or its related systems.
• Engage in any form of cheating in courses, assessments, or certifications.
• Use the Platform to transmit spam, phishing, or malware.

Payments and Pricing

Certain services on our Platform are offered on a paid basis. All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

• Payments are processed securely through our authorised payment gateway partners.
• eParth Youth is not responsible for any additional fees charged by your bank or payment provider.
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Existing purchases are not affected by price changes.
• For digital courses, access is granted upon successful payment confirmation.
• For physical products, orders are confirmed only after successful payment clearance.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform and all content, services, and products available through it are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

eParth Youth does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any information on the Platform.

of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, eParth Youth Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Platform.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or ₹5,000, whichever is greater.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised Terms on the Platform with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Platform following such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

We will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users of significant changes via email or an in-app notification.
