Shipping and Delivery Policy

Overview

This Shipping and Delivery Policy applies to all physical products purchased through the eParth Youth Digital Mall and Health Zone at www.eparthyouth.com. For digital products (courses, subscriptions, AI services), no shipping is required — access is granted instantly upon successful payment.

We are committed to delivering your orders in a safe, timely, and sustainable manner. As an eco-conscious platform, we use minimal, recyclable packaging wherever possible.

Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to all 28 states and 8 Union Territories of India.

Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times after order confirmation and dispatch:

• Metro & Major Cities: 2–4 business days
• Tier-2 & Tier-3 Cities: 4–7 business days
• Rural & Remote Areas: 7–12 business days
• Express Delivery (where available): 1–2 business days (additional charges apply)

Business days are Monday to Saturday, excluding national public holidays. Orders placed before 12:00 PM IST on a business day are typically processed the same day.

Shipping Charges

• Free Shipping: On all orders above ₹499.
• Standard Shipping: ₹49 for orders below ₹499.
• Express Shipping: ₹99–₹149 depending on location and weight (where available).
• Bulk Orders (above ₹5,000): Special rates apply — contact us for a quote.

Shipping charges are displayed at checkout before you confirm your order. All charges are inclusive of applicable taxes.

Order Processing & Dispatch

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email and/or SMS with a tracking number. You can track your order:

• Via your Account Dashboard under "My Orders".
• Via the tracking link sent to your registered email or mobile number.
• By contacting our support team with your Order ID at support@eparthyouth.com.

Failed Deliveries & Returns

Our courier partners typically make 2–3 delivery attempts. If a package is returned to us due to failed delivery or incorrect address, we will contact you. Re-delivery may incur additional charges. If you choose not to redeliver, a refund will be issued after deducting original and return shipping costs.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, photograph the packaging and product immediately and email us within 48 hours of delivery at support@eparthyouth.com with your Order ID and photos. For lost shipments, we will offer a full replacement or refund at no extra cost.
