At eParth Youth Private Limited, we stand behind the quality of our courses, services, and products. We understand that there may be situations where a refund or cancellation is necessary, and we aim to handle such cases fairly and transparently.
This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be granted and the process to request them. This policy applies to all purchases made through www.eparthyouth.com. By completing a transaction on our Platform, you agree to the terms of this policy.
Digital Courses & Subscriptions
Eligible for Refund 7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with a digital course purchased on our Platform, you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase, provided:
- You have watched less than 20% of the course content.
- You have not downloaded any course materials.
- You have not received a certificate of completion.
- The request is your first refund request for this course.
Not Eligible Exceptions
- More than 7 days have passed since the purchase date.
- More than 20% of the course content has been accessed or watched.
- The course has been completed and a certificate issued.
- The purchase was made through a promotional offer or discount code.
- Subscription plans after the first billing cycle unless there is a platform error.
For live sessions or webinars, cancellation must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time to receive a full refund.
3 Physical Products
Eligible for Refund/Replacement
You may request a return, refund, or replacement within 7 days of delivery if:
- The product arrived damaged or defective.
- The product received is different from what was ordered (wrong item).
- The product is incomplete (missing parts or accessories).
- The product is past its expiry date at the time of delivery (for consumables).
Not Eligible Non-Returnable Items
- Products that have been used, opened, or unsealed (unless defective).
- Perishable goods (food, nutrition products) once opened.
- Personalised or custom-made products.
- Digital gift cards or vouchers once redeemed.
- Items bought during clearance sales marked as "non-returnable".
Order Cancellation
Before Dispatch: Orders for physical products may be cancelled free of charge before they are dispatched. You can cancel via your account dashboard or by contacting our support team.
After Dispatch: Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. You may initiate a return once the product is delivered (subject to the return eligibility criteria above).
Course Cancellation: Digital course enrolments cannot be cancelled once access has been granted. Please refer to the refund eligibility criteria in Section 2.
Process
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Email us at support@eparthyouth.com with subject: "Refund Request โ [Order ID or Course Name]".
- Include your registered email address, order/transaction ID, reason for refund, and any supporting evidence (photos for damaged products).
- Our team will review your request within 3โ5 business days and inform you of the decision.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7โ10 business days to the original payment method.
Technical Issues
If you experience technical issues that prevent you from accessing a purchased course, please contact our support team immediately. If the issue is on our end and cannot be resolved within 5 business days, you will be eligible for a full refund regardless of the time elapsed since purchase.
